Chef’s Knife

I love the knives from Chroma designed by F.A. Porsche. I only got the Small Chef’s Knife so far, but planning on getting 4-5 more from this set + the awesome designer bamboo knife block. And maybe the whetstone… I probably will. It IS part of the set!

So anyway, this knife is incredible. The ergonomic design of the handle combined with the metal pearl gives you a real good grip. I love how the handle is kinda “part” of the blade - Connected fluidly together. And the blade is super sharp! I once cut myself on the nail, and it ALMOST got down to my skin. Almost! I got my extreme out-of-this-world reaction skills to thank.

To sum it up: Reaction skills. GRIP. Whetstone. Fluid. Knife.
